May 2024 showed us two very different sides of our journey. In Cebu, sales remained strong and consistent, reflecting the trust we’ve carefully built with our community over time. Cebu has become our foundation, and the continued support of our pioneer buyers and loyal clients keeps us motivated every day.

Bohol, on the other hand, continues to grow slowly. Deliveries are being made regularly, but most buyers are still very cautious. While this has made it harder to showcase our services and gain new buyers’ trust, we completely understand their concerns.
