September 2024 was a month of transition for us. Following the bittersweet departure of one of our staff members in August—who finally conceived after more than five years of trying—we found ourselves adjusting to the reality of having a smaller team. While we were overjoyed for her and proud that our fertility products played a role in her success, her absence left a noticeable gap in our daily operations.

With one less set of hands, we had to work smarter and tighter as a team. This meant reorganizing schedules, doubling down on responsibilities, and sometimes working late nights just to make sure orders were dispatched on time. Despite these challenges, our commitment to serving clients with discretion and urgency never wavered. Cebu continued to hold strong, with sales staying consistent thanks to the loyalty of our regular clients. Many of them have been with us since the beginning, and their continued trust carried us through this month of adjustment. This month reminded us of the resilience we have built as a team. Losing a staff member was not easy, but it also taught us how to adapt, how to lean on each other, and how to keep moving forward despite internal challenges. Just as our clients trust us to be there in their most urgent and personal moments, we learned to trust in ourselves and our ability to rise to the occasion.
